Dividend Policy
Our dividend distribution policy is to distribute 20% ~ 30% of our net profit. Cash dividends on our H Shares and A shares, if any, will be paid in Hong Kong dollars and RMB respectively. Other distribution, if any, will be paid to our Shareholders by and means our Directors deem legal, fair and practical. Our dividend distribution policy is subject to the PRC Company Law and certain provisions required by PRC law to be included in our Articles of Association.
